This policy explains how Gleam Dental Clinic ("Gleam", "we") handles personal data collected through gleamclinic.com and the contact channels linked from it. What we collect
When you request a consultation we may receive your name, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the treatment you are interested in, your message, and any dental chart or shade selection you add on the website. If you send photos or X-rays on WhatsApp, these are health data and are used only to assess your case.
How the website form works
The booking form prepares a WhatsApp message with your details. Nothing is sent until you choose to send that message. Enquiries we receive are recorded in our patient management system so our coordinators can reply and follow up.
Why we use your data
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a treatment plan and price
- To arrange appointments, travel support and aftercare
- To meet our legal and medical record-keeping obligations
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with people and services needed for the purposes above, such as our clinical team, messaging providers and travel partners you ask us to involve, or where the law requires it.
Legal basis
We process personal data in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for patients in the EU, the GDPR. Health data is processed with your explicit consent and for the provision of medical care.
Third-party services
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from public content delivery networks (jsDelivr, unpkg), which receive your IP address when the page loads. WhatsApp (Meta) processes messages you send us under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep data
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and patient records are kept for the periods required by Turkish health regulations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent, and receive a copy of the data you gave us. Write to info@gleamclinic.com. You also have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
